We use only class A data centers located in the U.S. for our client website hosting. Class A Data Centers offer the highest level of support and standards, including the following state of the art features:

• Fully factory trained and certified Staff working within the Facility who are available to provide hands-on support, 24/7
• Voltage Smoothed Redundant power, with multiple, diverse power feeds from independent substations.
• UPS and multi-megawatt diesel generator backup power.
• Redundant Air Conditioning
• Specialized building structure and cable management systems customized for colocation. Overall design to sustain one or more worst-case failures with no critical impact on services.

• 24/7/365 monitoring of data center and customer servers

Monitoring

Our data center team monitors our servers 24/7, 365 days a week. We also personally monitor our websites daily, and often will visit individual client websites and make corrections if needed when we notice typos, broken images, or other issues. These corrections are mormally done free-of-charge to our clients, and oftentimes without notification, since we don't want to seem too nit-picky when it comes to typos. We also offer more extensive technical support, including code cleanup, if someone gets themselves into a tight spot on one of their pages using one of our content management systems.
